Steven was kind, compassionate and understanding and let's not forget knowledgeable about my condition. The first session was about discovery and understanding why I was there. In the visits that followed, we got to work on a meal plan and exercise program that worked for my diagnosis. If you're looking for a real solution and not some stranger on social media who tells you stuff without any real training, I suggest calling Steven. Always on time and flexible with scheduling.
