My dog pulled on his leash too hard and wrenched my neck, shoulder, and right hand. Doc asked me about past injuries, health history, etc. I laid down on a traction table for about 10 min. It was very relaxing and helped release some tension I was holding in my neck. Then he did the adjustment, starting with my lower back and checking all the way up my spine. When he got to my shoulder area, he dug in there with his thumbs and worked out a big knot. It hurt a little bit, but then it was a big relief. My neck area was totally messed up and painful. He worked to push each little vertebrae back into place and it felt like I could hold my head up straight again. Then he checked my elbow. Then my wrist and hand. I type a lot and this hand was bad. He worked on it (I don't know how to explain that) and about 30 min later my hand started feeling better than it had BEFORE the dog yanked on it. I'm very pleased. I will go back.
