Dr. Ulc I'd an amazing eye Dr and always get the prescription perfect. The front staff is always friendly and accommodating. However, the newest assistant that was taken on ( new to us) is a nightmare. She was rude and nasty. She kept saying she "did not have" the time to deal with my 8 year old child because she had other clients. She demanded I have her stand because she didn't want to adjust her equipment and chair. She then demanded "can't someone hold her head still, I need to get this done" my daughter did not want drops from her to dilate her eyes, would you ? She was nasty and does not belong in health care or anywhere children. Very traumatic experience. Previously, I never had an issue at this office. The doctor has always been great.
