She was not interested in helping unless there was repeat business. We are talking about helping a child. No interest. Said she did not recognize the insurance either. They recommended her and said she is a provider. Just felt very very frustrated and angry after my conversation with her. Can't speak to the other questions here because I didn't get past a telephone conversation.
