Susan is not an appropriate counselor. There are too many red flags. She is inappropriate she gives your phone number out without consent she is disorganized has been late or she has not appeared. She has fallen asleep and has not helped with grief counseling. She does not follow through with ideas and suggestions. One could do better with someone else. Terrible mistake.
