I'm sure experiences for others will be much different than mine. I feel age and culture played a huge factor in my dissatisfaction with her. I was left a unprofessional vmail by Mrs. Kent that said I was trending backwards and that I didn't have a problem anymore because I got called into work (I work on call) and had to reschedule my appointment. If only she had listened our first session she would've known that the slow pace of my job at that time contributed to my issues, so why wouldn't I go to work to feed my family? I called back at least 4 times and was ignored. I attribute much of it to our age gap and obviously our cultures. She went so far as to call my employer to cancel my fmla over an attempt to reschedule! I believe she thought I got paid for using it at my job, which I don't and tried to hurt me. But I actually lose money if I use it. Not to mention, she was the very first person I've ever sat down and spoken with. I was fearful and this didn't help at all, but I ain'
