Dr. Mackey is awesome! He is great with seniors. He has given my mom a whole new hearing life!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Mackey at the appointment he checked my hearing, then asked if there was anything else. Well, yeah, I came because I need hearing aids. So he scheduled an appointment, then canceled it a few days prior. Scheduled me for 9/28! I just had surgery and I’m now in rehab! I called and asked for a video appointment. Well, he doesn’t do that. And he’s booking into next year! I’ll go without before I go to him. He obviously doesn’t care about his patients! I advise you to find another doctor! He should have been ready and known what my insurance would pay for, we could have taken care of the whole thing in one appointment! That’s how it was handled before!
