Dr Singh office staff is rude and never calls back when they say . Finally got scheduled for my surgery was all prepped ready to go , had iv in was just ready to be given meds to go to sleep when he came in and said he had to cancel surgery ! Who does that ? Had to come back few days later , mind you I live hour away now. Had surgery , it has not stopped pain , if anything it’s worse. Never made follow up appointment .i called several times to make appointment . Said I needed ultra sound then see dr . Went to appointment thru said it was at 12:30 not 1:30 and Dr wouldn’t see me . Knowing I live far . I said need to talk to Dr about pain I’m having and I’m on time for his appointment . He wouldn’t talk to me ! Finally after two hours of waiting and other people complaining about how long wait is , they said they were doing ultra sound . The tech was at desk complaining she didn’t want to do it , Dr was standing there listening , I said I need to talk to him anyway , they said no , I left 2 and 1/2 hours later ! They never called to apologize , never called after my surgery , they don’t sent text or email to remind u of appointment ! Staff is awful . I’m in severe pain still and now have to find new Dr ! Awful experience
