Easy to set up an appointment with reminders of it coming through text. Online access to new patient paperwork made the appointment go smoothly. Terri at the front office greeted me with a smile and brought me right back to a room. This was a consultation appointment. Doctor was friendly, listened to my concerns and went over my check list one by one. Asked detailed questions and not once did I feel rushed or judged by my answers. When he was done with the consult he explained that he would like to proceed and Terri came back in and explained the payment options. Everything was laid out in great detail and she went over it with me and answered any questions or concerns that I had. When the doctor came back in he said he could help and asked if I would like to proceed. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision or to give him my money. The only thing he asked is for me to make a commitment to getting better. A follow up appointment was made that day with a smile on my face.
