I and three other current or former patients have had the same experience with her of repeatedly having to call, email, have the pharmacy call and email, and we've still gone into withdrawals from her not renewing on time when she's been given weeks to do so. She'll say she's renewing during medication check appointments but weeks later the pharmacy still won't be able to get ahold of her. Several pharmacies have all had this issue. I moved my medication management away from her but I have friends still stuck with her and this is still a frequent, if not monthly, issue for them. Allowing your patients to go into withdrawal because you're unable to pay attention to your caseload, or whatever the problem may be, is absolutely unacceptable.
