Terri was referred to my Mom for PT following surgery. She was the most unprofessional PT I have ever met. She was condescending, saying that my Mom’s leg was weak and the previous PT didn’t do her job. She was verbally and physically aggressive, pushing my Mom past the point of pain. My Mom told Terri it was too much and asked to be more gentle, yet she continued torturing my Mom. I have had PT and never would they push me when I said it was painful. Yes it should be challenging but not excruciating. Now we found another PT who is respectful, who challenges my Mom without hurting her. Stay away from Terri unless you want to get insulted and injured.
