I brought my son for a simple sports physical. When I declined an EKG for my 9 year old (he has ZERO medical conditions that would warrant one), and also declined signing part of my paperwork (which it clearly stated I did NOT need to sign if I didn't want that release), she lost her mind and stormed out of the office and had someone else come finish helping us for the rest of the physical. I have never been treated worse by any other health professional, will NEVER come back, and will NEVER recommend her to anybody else. Also, we got called back 45 minutes after our appointment time.
