Went in for an adjustment and she told me afterwards that I owed $125 because my insurance was canceled. I asked her if I could call my insurance because I know it's still active. She said no because she had another client waiting. I asked why she wouldn't of told me about this before adjusting me? She responded it's not my responsibility to be up to date on your healthcare. It's my responsibility to treat my clients. Felt I was treated unethically and not with good service.
