I have liked Dr. Casagrande and Dr. Belardinelli, and find them friendly and helpful. Colton who does the pre-exam testing is great also, very friendly and patient. However, I waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor, they obviously way overbook. The office staff was apathetic to my concerns (stated calmly and respectfully), responding with blank stares and excuses, no apology or compassion. I will never return to this office no matter how much I like the doctor.
