I called Dr. Kessinger's office and upon inquiring about the fee for the Examination of Visual Function, as mandated by ICBC, the receptionist said that she had 'no idea what I was talking about.' I tried to give her an MPS fee code for that service. She didn't seem to know what that was. I asked her to give me an idea of their prices. She said that only doctor can know the price after the exam. Surprising when dealing with mandated examinations.
