Tom has an incredibly calming manner. His years of experience have seen everything, & that shows in his perceptions & rephrasing/reiterating back. His recommendations are careful & considered, & has helped me learn how to set boundaries & realize that I am not seeing this in a distorted manner (it is just truly the crazy situations I have been in).
