We visited Dr. White after a receiving a recommendation from my child's school. After the initial question-answer visit, I thought Dr White understood our concerns about our child and why we sought his services. However, after some very expensive testing, his report findings were vague and confusing, and at times, not even related to any of my child's issues. I called Dr. White's office to discuss the report to try and make some sense out of what I was reading. I left a message with his staff, but never heard back. I sent an email as well, however, that was ignored also. After one additional phone message that was unreturned, I gave up trying. I was never rude or contentious in my contact; I just hoped for some clarification. After this experience, my child's school no longer recommend his services.
