After hearing test and fitting hearing aid’s, it was like a new world for me… at that time I was told I would have to pay 4200 dollars to wear my hearing aid’s out of the appointment, I had made sure that Dr. Williams was in network with my Aetna insurance, He was, however was not going to deal with my insurance, that I had to pay for it myself and get reimbursed from my insurance company, I felt like I had been taken for a ride with an abrupt STOP..:: I have since located another hearing place that excepts my insurance and will take what they pay and no out of pocket for me. Dr Williams is taking advantage of patients, I have to wonder how many people just pay his $$ and never know they have been ripped off. Very sad….::
