Tiffany is very easy to speak to and great to work with.Her staff on the other hand needs training on ordering medication from alternative sources like Veteran's MedsByMail. It took four months to receive my medication. The staff never figured it out. After months of calling the front office staff and even going in person to the office to speak with the manager, it did not get straightened out. FINALLY, I scheduled another appt to see Tiffany and she put the Rx through no problem. The staff apparently never contacted her to help them figure it out. Even though they told me they did, they need training! I was very close never wanting to go back to that office. Thank you Tiffany for the help.
