I came to Tiffany with an A1C of 5.8, (pre-diabetic.) With her guidance, I focused on eating more protein, low carbs and staying within a calorie deficit. Within 2 months, my A1C was down to 5.7 and 3 months later it was 5.5, within normal range. What means the most to me is that Tiffany is not judgmental in any way about what I eat. She has lots of recipes and ideas on what to eat but works with your lifestyle to make smarter choices. She’s taught me a lot about how nutrition affects the body and smarter ways to stay healthy. I cannot thank her enough for her help. 10-10 recommend!
