Tracie seems capable but is burdened with a process that involves 3 layers of similar paperwork. I had a pre-interview but when I complained about the complexity of getting an appointment, she canceled the appointment and said she was not taking on new clients (a clear lie, since the healthcare website said she was still taking new clients). Wouldn't answer the request for a referral.
