Shady billing, the office manager is very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. Multiple requests for a copy of my son's records were denied, our new Psych even reached out and they refused. We did file a complaint with the state but will never know the outcome. I would never recommend Dr. Lightfoot or Coralee to anyone
