I’ve seen this doctor twice now, and both visits left me feeling dismissed and like a burden rather than a patient seeking care. She seemed exhausted, disheveled, and inflexible—qualities that made it difficult to trust that she was truly present or invested in my well-being. From the start, I felt more like an inconvenience than someone in need of help. Rather than addressing my painful (but manageable) knee inflammation with a straightforward treatment, she focused more on referring me out to other specialists. She even acknowledged that another doctor might simply give me a shot to reduce the swelling—but instead of doing so herself, she steered the visit toward her own approach and resisted any input I had. She explained (repeatedly) why her way was the only option, and told me I was free to find another doctor if I didn’t like it. The final outcome was a surprise injection administered by two nurses who didn’t speak English, leaving me confused, embarrassed, and even more hesitant
