For me, Valerie has been the perfect combination of supportive and understanding, while also asking me (or getting me to ask myself!) the tough questions that have helped me move forward. She is always a warm, welcoming presence, with a quiet strength that really helped me learn to trust myself and have confidence in my decisions. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent therapist to guide them through their challenges.
