Vanessa Avila has been working with me for about four months to lower my blood sugaror A1C. She has been extremely successful in teaching me how to eat and readjust mydiet. Vanessa is not bossy or pushy and makes you feel relaxed and stressless. She isalways very pleasant. It is a pleasure to work with her.Vanessa is very knowledgeable and resourceful. She will research an issue and find theeasiest way to achieve it. She has information about some foods that are easy to get thatwill make a big difference in your outcome.
