Wendy herself is a great NP and I've seen her for years. The practice itself, however, is unresponsive when calling with questions or problems with medication refills that never seem to materialize on time. This has been a consistent problem but has gotten very bad over the last few years. I'm forced to look TODAY for a new practice that returns calls, answers concerns, and doesn't delay processing medication refills such that patients run out of their medications for days before they're back in the office to maybe do something about it. This is an unprofessional and dangerous lapse in responsibility and it has totally destroyed my trust.
