She didn’t introduce herself or go over treatment for my broken patella. I saw her in the er at Marshall county hospital and I was not informed about my broken patella and my future care. I was not asked about my medications or my medical history. I will not return to the er for anything. I know it is a small hospital but I never dreamed that I wouldn’t receive appropriate medical care. I wasn’t given crutches to walk with and no one went over release instructions. I would be ashamed of the poor care I was given. I was brought in by ambulance and staff didn’t spend 5 minutes with my care. I’m very disappointed about the staff and the care I received. I would have appreciated seeing a physician not a nurse practitioner.
