Anita is an incredibly talented therapist. I visited several that left me soured on the idea of therapy before I found her. She was able to legitimately help me and offer insight and suggestions, as opposed to other therapists who thought “talking through it” was the way to mental health. I would absolutely recommend her (and have!) to anyone in need of a great therapist.
