First met her at the Yakima Arboretum around 1999 for a class for caregivers on the mental health of current or potential clients. She was amazing, down to earth & practical with her own personal experiences to share. This made her memorable and authentic. I knew I would always remember her and admire her for the tenacity it took for her to rise to the level of professionalism that she has. Also, decades later, I took my young grandson to her to get an evaluation and recommendation for his condition. Dr.Cooper is very thorough, astute, kind and a top notch psychologist!... Phyllis M.
