I meant with Dr Darlington in a pretty heavy time of my life. I needed someone that would help me sort things out and reprioritize my life. I had reservations about seeking therapy and didn't know what to expect. Dr Darlington knew how to ask the right questions to get around the walls I had put up. She called me out on my BS appropriately and didn't let me hide behind it. It's been a few years since I've been back, but the advice she gave me still helps me everyday.
