My mother is 78 years old with alot of medical issuesBeenseeing Dr Terry for about 1 year or so ever time we have snd appointment we have to wait 1 and a half before we're are seen.His chairs in the office are small metal chair very uncomfortable especially for an elderly person.One this visit when we where finally called into the room I asked the nurse exact words Why do yall schedule an appointment but don't see the patients until over an hour later? Her response was YOU have to ask doctor I don't do the scheduling I Replied I will.Another 20 minutes goes by doctor comes in we go over my mom's issues then Dr Terry says I want to talk with you two HE then said it seem like the last two times you have been here you have been rude to my staff.I said Rude? I said the only thing I said to your nurse was why do ysll schedule an appointment and make us wait over an hour every time ? He said we'll that's the way I do busy if you have a complaint do address that to my staff.So unprofessional
