Dr. Rosen left a piece of lense in my mother's eye during routine cataract surgery that resulted in first the loss of her eyesight, then the removal of her eye. My mother has had to be fitted with a prosthetic eye, endure countless painful and expensive procedures and enjoyed a severely diminished quality of life. Dr. Rosen was arrogant and dismissive when my mother complained that things "weren't right" after her surgery and refused to accept any responsibility in her losing her vision. Avoid.
