Patient Reviews
Jun 19, 2025
I saw Dr. Allen after a neuro surgeon who was reviewing my case for surgery noticed that I was having reflex issues. More MRIs were ordered and I visited Dr. Allen. He spent about 40 minutes with me testing my reflexes, asking questions and then, explaining what he thinks is going on. I need more MRIs and a few other tests but I feel like I'm finally going to understand what is happening with my spine and nerves, even if I don't really want to hear it. I appreciate the communication through the 'my chart' app that NYU Langone uses. The visit notes are there and all follow up instructions. So far, NYU Langone has lived up to its excellent reputation.
