Wrote ibuprofen 600 and a zpack to a patient with a history of ulcers and C Difficile. Refused to acknowledge the problem with these, or was uneducated. Ignored pain and previous orders. Wrote one sided notes in report. Very cold and robotic sounding. Bedside manner needs major work.
