My experience with Dr. Arta Farshidi has been a frustrating and concerning one. After an initial appointment for a skin examination and biopsy, I faced a lack of communication regarding my results and unanswered questions.I have reported Dr. Farshidi to the Medical Board of California for not providing my medical records (after multiple requests and months gone by), after leaving me in the dark about a potentially pre-cancerous mole on my leg. I strongly recommend considering an alternative healthcare provider/dermatologist.Additionally, the billing issues mentioned in other reviews, where they charged $300 instead of the appropriate copay, are indeed a problem. My insurance company is still battling with the office to get me my money back.
