Patient Reviews
Sep 16, 2022
My mother was referred to Dr. Marsh to have stitches removed from her eye. We drove 4 hours, showed up and hour early, and waited an hour AFTER her appointment time to be seen, and an additional 30 minutes in her waiting room. The sutures were causing eye irritation, foreign body sensation, and blurred vision (not done by Dr. Marsh). We were cleared to have them removed, however Dr. Marsh refused to remove them as she was not my mother’s surgeon, despite the fact that we were referred by another hospital four hours away to have them removed. Seeing her was an absolute waste of time. In addition to that she was not attentive to my mothers pain and irritation from the sutures. Additionally she came into the room wearing gloves, did not sanitizer her hands or change her gloves, typed on her keyboard and then touched my mothers eye. She lacked empathy and compassion, and infection control awareness.
