I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jacob’s at John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek. Up until the point when she became my hospitalist, all of my doctors had done quick drive-bys. Often not even discussing what was going on with me health-wise or anything about my care plan. She took all the time needed to both explain what was going on and think through solutions of how to get me better. I felt incredibly comfortable in her care and with the quality of her care. She completely turned around what had been a very negative experience and set of outcomes
