Was sent to "doctor" Headlam for an insurance IME. To make this SHORT, Headlam falsified the IME report which he submitted to the insurance company. I felt compelled right before the exam started to record the entire exam. The exam lasted exactly 2mins, 15 seconds. The recording is loud and clear from the moment he walked into the exam room and introduced himself to the end when he said the exam is complete and to have a good day. The lawyer has the recording and can fight this now.
