Patient Reviews
Oct 07, 2023
I was treated very poorly as a new patient. The office staff (Debbie) is extremely unprofessional and often rude. Dr. O'Donnell did not take his time to fully understand my situation. Most recently, he had a planned vacation and moved my appiontments around. He had to reschedule an important meeting, I rushed out of work, had to pay for child care, and drop my disabled son off at a nearby school, I was 8 minutes late and was unforgiven. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
