The medical assistant was efficient and personable. Dr. Cohen came in in a timely manner, introduced himself, shook my hand, asked if I was comfortable with the electronic medical record system used, and reviewed the previous findings, which were 100% accurate. He explained the procedure every step of the way. I had waited 3 days to assess the results of this cortisone injection. I am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Chad Cohen.
