Dr. Waits is patient, kind, extremely accommodating to someone who is extremely fearful of Shoulder Replacement surgery, as I was. Three months after surgery I only wish I had done it sooner. It is a difficult surgery BUT Dr. Waits makes it extremely safe and painless. The process is well established and there are many people on his staff to help you through his plan for your well being. If you are thinking about this, make an appointment to speak with him and be assured he will take his time and answer all questions until you are satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Waits for any procedure that he can preform.
