Lack of concern for patients with anaphylaxis allergies to operative and post op medications even when you warn him (1 month) prior to surgery. Then no pain meds 2 days post op feeling every screw placed in you for 2 more days of pain with no meds. Then only supply you with 24 hours worth for an entire weekend. Patients should NEVER be treated like that 48 hours post op for joint fusions.
