Wow. Absolutely amazing. I had 3 other dentists that kept canceling. I finally found dr Strumfeld. Turns out it was the best thing that they cancelled because they didn’t inform me my current dental insurance barely covers anything and I would have ended up with a huge bill. When I informed him about my insurance he gave me the phone number of an independent contractor for insurance that helped me sign up for a different Den plan with the same insurance so I would get full coverage. Then they mailed me paperwork to fill out and requested I drop it off before my appointment. I expected to just bring it and leave. However the receptionist told me to wait because Dr Strumfeld wanted to introduce himself. He was so friendly and went over my paperwork and medical history. One of the first dentists Iv ever been to with great bedside manner and actually cares to make sure your dental work is affordable. He clearly loves his job and cares about his patients.
