I've had 1 telehealth visit with Dr. Zhang and a home sleep study. It was 4 months from when I called for an appointment to when I was able to get a telehealth visit with her. A couple more months to get the sleep study. I received my results from the sleep study a month later by letter, and after some back and forth by text in their portal, was prescribed a CPAP. I have not yet received it, so can't comment on that.She was very nice in the telehealth visit and quickly assessed me. The home sleep study was easy to complete and they were helpful at the office at showing how to fit the sensors. My biggest complaint is that this doctor is booked out for months and almost impossible to reach. Particularly after the diagnosis, I would have much preferred an appointment to discuss the results and not just a letter and a prescription. Since the doctor was so nice, I'm assuming that it's a management issue that they are assigning too many patients, so they should fix that.
