I was told I needed to get urethra reconstructive surgery because of blockage. I had no understanding what this surgery would detail during or after it getting done. Every time I spoke with Dr.Chang she spoke clearly about what needed to be done, how she was going to do it and instilled in my head this is what she does and I have no need to worry. The amount of confidence she has on what she’s going to do to fix you is amazing, thatmade me feel 10x better about the surgery. Once I was done with the surgery I found out there was more that needed to be done. I got worried since I wasn’t aware or knew of the situation but once I spoke with the nurses and then Dr.Chang. I understood and thankfully she did what was needed to be done so I wouldn’t have to come back sooner than later. I was also able to reach out directly to her if I had any questions or concerns about my healing process, that made me at ease. I would recommend Dr.Chang to anyone for this type of procedure. 10/10!!
