The doctor is great. I'm really sorry I won't be using him. He gave me a script for a test. When I called to schedule, I was told I needed blood work. I called and called and called. Then I left messages on the portal. After 2 1/2 weeks, I got a message in the portal that they were short staffed and would get back to me. After 4 weeks, nothing! I called the appointment line and asked for the practice manager. THEY REFUSED TO CONNECT ME OR GIVE ME HIS/HER NAME! Suffice it to say, I will not be using this doctor. He may be great, but his office staff is non-responsive. I then sent him a letter, no response! If it doesn't bother you to be ignored, then by all means, use him. But if you have a question or a problem, FORGET IT!
