First time, took my elderly mom for evaluation of persistent cough and ear trouble. Doctor very impatient and dismissive. Found another physician who diagnosed mom with compassion and accuracy.Somehow ended up with him again when husband experienced difficulty breathing. When we returned with ongoing issues, not only was the doctor dismissive, he was outright arrogantly aggressive towards the patient. Just shocking. No “bedside manner”. So surprising to see positive reviews - Dr Chu must have been in a better mood those days …
