Yesterday I had a 1:50pm appointment with Dr. Landsman. I had also booked my husband Roderick, and our son Ronald on that day also so that we can been seen after each other. After arriving five minutes early I signed in and filled out the necessary forms. As I sat for 30 min. watching patients come in and be seen and leave, it became obvious that the Receptionist was letting people in ahead of me. I asked the Receptionist if Dr. Landsman was in and she said Yes. I reminded her of my appointment and she actually blew me off. While I was at the window an Oriental friend of mine came in and we spoke, and she mentioned that this was her first visit. As I turned to go back to my seat, she started back with me, as I stopped her and told her she needed to sign in. As my Oriental friend stepped to the window and begin the sign in the same Receptionist snapped at her, yelling at her to wait her turn. She had started to sign and immediately dropped the ink pin and came sit next to me. A wo
