I saw Dr. Manuel last year and I liked her. However, she is very difficult to get in to see. This year she did not show up on the day of my appointment. Her office staff called one hour and fifteen minutes prior to my appointment to let me know. They would have charged me $25.00 if I had cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours prior. I asked if they were going to pay me $25.00 for cancelling and they said that they do not have that policy.
