I brought my elderly mother to see her regular doctor's substitute, Dr. Chen, about her dramatic cognitive decline and physical problems. Though she is quite old, one still expects compassion, care & help if possible. Dr. Chen, barely able to contain his impatience & utter lack of concern, told us to ask her regular doctor in the future and to see a neurologist. He was cold and demeaning. This was the 2nd time he acted like this, and it's the worst doctor behavior I've ever seen!! Shocked.
